سياسة الارجاع
تحتوي بعض المنتجات على شروط خاصة لعمليات الإرجاع، لذا يرجى قراءة التعليمات بعناية قبل تقديم طلب
يتم قبول طلب ارجاع للمنتجات فقط في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي او عدم تطابق لما ورد في وصف المنتج او تسليم منتج اخر غير الذي تم طلبه، ويجب ان تكون تحتفظ المواد
المسترجعة بمواد التغليف الخاصة بها سليمه ومغلفة بشكل صحيح
لا يتم قبول طلب ارجاع للمنتجات التي تم تصنيعها في المملكة العربية السعودية بواسطة الشركة العالمية للأثاث والمميزة بعلامة (صنع في السعودية) الا في حالات وجود عيب مصنعي لم يتم اكتشافه بواسطة البائع.
يرجى توفير رقم الطلب الخاص بك وتقديم سبب لطلبك من أجل تسريع عملية استرداد الأموال الخاصة بك. ستتم مراجعة طلبك في غضون يومين وسوف نخطرك عبر البريد
الإلكتروني بالنتائج.
إذا اخترت الدفع عن طريق شيك أو حوالة، فيمكنك إلغاء طلبك قبل إجراء الدفع، وفي حالة عدم استلامنا للدفع خلال 5 يوم، فسوف نقوم بإلغاء طلبك.
يمكنك إرسال طلب لإلغاء طلبك في نفس يوم تقديم الطلب. يرجى ملاحظة أنه إذا تم شحن الطلب أو تسليمه بالفعل، فلن نتمكن من الموافقة على طلب الإلغاء.
تكاليف الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا كان ذلك بسبب خطاء من قبلنا
إذا تم قبول طلب الارجاع، فسيتم استرداد المدفوعات على النحو التالي:
Return Policy
Some products have special conditions for returns, so please read the instructions carefully before placing an order
A return request for products is accepted only in the event of a factory defect, a mismatch in product description, or the delivery of a product other than that requested, and to return products must keep their packaging in good condition and properly packed
A return request for products manufactured in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the International Furniture Company ( Made in Saudi Arabia) is not accepted except in cases of a factory defect not discovered by the seller.
To submit a refund or return request for an order placed you will need to contact us via email at website.icf@gmail.com
Please provide your order number and provide a reason for your request in order to expedite your refund process. Your application will be reviewed within two days and we will notify you via email with the results.
Return request accepted until !!! Days from the date of ordering
International Furniture Company extends this period for certain cases and special products at its discretion.
If you choose to pay by check or money order, you can cancel your order before making the payment, and if we do not receive the payment within 5 days, we will cancel your order.
You can send a request to cancel your order on the day you submit the request. Please note that if the order is already shipped or delivered, we will not be able to accept the cancellation request.
Shipping costs are not refundable, unless it was due to a mistake by us
If the return request is accepted, the payment will be refunded as follows:
Credit / debit card payments will be refunded within 7 business day ;
EFT and checks payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days, and the cost of the transfer will be supported by the end user;
PayPal payments will be returned within one (1) business day;
Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (7) days.
The International Furniture Company reserves the right to suspend the payment of the refund until the returned shipment is received by you and examined and the possibility or not of the possibility of return.
